CAHO Launches 17 Validated PREMs Tools in 13 Languages – Free for Use

CAHO is proud to announce a significant milestone in our mission to advance patient safety and experience—the launch of 17 validated Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) tools. These tools are now freely available to hospitals worldwide in 13 languages (English + 12 Indian regional languages).

Designed to capture the voice of the patient, these tools empower healthcare institutions to systematically assess and enhance the quality of care they provide.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the 400+ hospitals that participated in this initiative and to all CAHO members who supported the translation process, making these tools accessible across diverse linguistic regions.
