Recognizing the severity of this issue, CAHO is committed to helping you safeguard your hospital through comprehensive electrical safety audits. We have partnered with LGS Assurance Private Limited, an Inspection Body that conducts Fire & Life Safety audits as per the schemes established by IFE & AHPI. LGS Assurance is registered with NABCB for NBC-related fire audits and has now extended its expertise to include Electrical Safety audits, based on a model developed by CAHO.
We have meticulously conceptualized these Electrical Safety Audits and established stringent criteria for selecting auditors based on their qualifications and experience. Our goal is to standardize the audit approach, ensuring a thorough assessment of your facility to identify potential hazards and implement measures to enhance safety.

We have standardized the Electrical Safety Audit fees across India to make them accessible to all healthcare facilities: Costing given below is per building based on height :
- Clinics/No-bed hospitals: INR 25,000
- <15m : INR 50,000
- >15m - < 24m :INR 60,000
- >24m - < 45 m :INR 70,000
